¹⁶ But their eyes were held, so they could not know him. ¹⁷ And he said to them, What sort of conversations are these that you are having with each other as you walk and are sad?

¹⁸ And the one named Cleopas answered and said to him, Are you only a stranger in Jerusalem, and do not know about the things that have happened there in these days?
